Themes

Gigmeister ships with Dark and Light themes. Pick the one that suits your stage lighting or your office; your choice is personal to your account and syncs across every device you sign in on.

Available Themes

Theme	Description
Dark (default)	Clean zinc palette with yellow accents — built for dim stages and low-light venues
Light	High-contrast light surface with the same yellow accent — easier in bright rooms
System	Follow your operating system’s appearance preference

Changing Your Theme

1. Go to Settings
2. Open the Appearance tab
3. Choose Dark, Light, or System

The change applies immediately. If you’re signed in, your preference is stored on your account and syncs to web, iOS, and desktop the next time the app loads.

Note

Theme preference moved from local browser storage to your account in 3.5. If you signed in before 3.5, your current theme migrates over the first time you change it post-update.

Synthwave Mode (Marketing Site)

The marketing site at gigmeister.app has a hidden Synthwave easter egg — neon magenta and cyan over deep purple, 80s retro. Toggle it from the button at the top of the homepage. It lives only on the marketing surfaces; the in-app experience stays Dark or Light.

Stage Visibility

Choose your theme based on where you’ll be performing:

• Outdoor / bright venue — Light theme reads better in sunlight
• Dark stage / club — Dark theme reduces glare on stage and preserves your night vision
• Practice room — Either works; System follows your laptop’s setting if you tend to switch
